Rizari Park

The Rizari Park was created in 2010, on an area of 3,7 acres, which was donated to the Greek government by the benefactor and member of the FilikiEteria, Georgios Rizaris, after whom the park was named.

This park is a place of relaxation that visitors can explore by walking along the paved walkways, among the many trees, wonderful bushes, on the lawn that covers the largest surface of the park, as well rest on the benches, walk on the bridge over the pond with the ducks and gaze upon the various sculptures located in the area. And thanks to the sufficient lighting, all the above can be exprerienced either by day or by night.

The Rizari Park is an ideal environment for a family excursion, where children may go cycling or skating, play ball, read in the countryside, enjoy a snack or choose any other entertainment activity; all this in the heart of the city.
