Mavili Square

Mavili Square is located on VasilissisSofias Avenue, in the area of ​​Ampelokipi, below Lycabettus. It was named after the poet Lorenzo Mavilis, whose bust is located in the square, as well as that of the famous actress AlikiVougiouklaki. There is also the statue of the woman after work. Nearbyvisitors can find the American Embassy and further down the Concert Hall. Ametro station and several bus and trolley stops are also located in the area.
